How was Week Five? Weather was favorable. According to the forecast, September 3 is supposed to be in the mid-70s. Fingers crossed.

After Week Six it’s time to taper your workouts. So next week (even though this is supposed to be only a six-week crash course) I’ll post a “Week Seven” to guide you through your taper. Also, I’ll give you some race tips and help you plan your strategy.
